SEPA Recurring Authorization (Standard) – Vlaamsch Broodhuys

By signing this form, you authorize Vlaamsch Broodhuys B.V. to send ongoing direct debit instructions to your bank to debit amounts from your account for goods supplied, and you authorize your bank to debit your account on a recurring basis in accordance with the instructions from Vlaamsch Broodhuys B.V.

If you do not agree with a debit, you are entitled to request a refund. Please contact your bank within 8 weeks of the debit date to arrange a reversal. Ask your bank about the applicable conditions.
